Since 2017 Telenor has changed the method for getting PUK code. Sending puk space number to 346 doesn't work anymore. So there are at least two ways to get Telenor PUK code if your enter wrong pin code for 3 times.
Get Telenor PUK Code
To get PUK code or pin code for your telenor number, type an SMS 'PUK <space> 034xxxxxx' and send to 2039. There is no charges for sending sms to 2039.
The other way to get the PUKcode is by visiting telenor website https://telenor.com.pk/ and click on the live chat on the bottom of the page. You can ask from telenor customer relation officer and get the PUK code easily.
